We’re a successful start-up with room to grow and we’re looking for a self-starting Sales & Marketing Person to oversee promotional events and improve client retention. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic, and an insatiable appetite for growth.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure that the services are made available to suit the needs of the customer and by adhering to the sales processes designed to improve the sales
- Point of contact with customers, internal office and our associates
- Developing new Clients for our Services and prompt support
- Coordinate with internal team and associates to ensure on time delivery and communicate with respective stakeholders
- Shipment or assignment handling and follow up
- Preparing and maintaining export documents and reports
- Customer handling and managing
- To keep abreast of the latest developments in the market by studying the competitor's strategies and products
- To maintain trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients
- Select, analyze and validate the vendors requirements and maintain and update the database related to it
- Prepare various reports like Quote given, Conversion Ratio, Opportunities Gained & Lost, SWOT Analysis. Analyse the problems, create action plan with deadlines & Execute
